Ingredients

For Muffins:

  • 2 cups Flour

  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar

  • 2 Tsp Baking powder

  • 1/2 cup Butter (Softened / Room Temperature)

  • 1/2 cup Oat milk (or milk of your choice)

  • 2 Tsp Vanilla extract

  • Fresh Blueberries

For the Topping:

  • 1/4 Cup Flour

  • 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar

  • 2 Tbsp Brown sugar

  • 2 Tbsp Butter

  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon


Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. In a Bowl sift your flour

  3. Add in your room temperature butter , baking powder, and sugar.

  4. Mix while you are preparing your eggs

  5. Add in your eggs, vanilla, milk and blueberries.

  6. Time to make your topping!!

  7. In a bowl mix butter, flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon

  8. Add you muffin mix to your muffin cups and add your topping

  9. Bake for 18-22 mins and enjoy!!
