Ingredients
For Muffins:
2 cups Flour
1 cup Granulated Sugar
2 Tsp Baking powder
1/2 cup Butter (Softened / Room Temperature)
1/2 cup Oat milk (or milk of your choice)
2 Tsp Vanilla extract
Fresh Strawberries
For the Topping:
1/4 Cup Flour
2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
2 Tbsp Brown sugar
2 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a Bowl sift your flour
Add in your room temperature butter , baking powder, and sugar.
Mix while you are preparing your eggs
Add in your eggs, vanilla, and milk.
Chop your Strawberries into tiny squares and add into your muffin mixture.
Set aside and Time to make your topping!!
In a bowl mix butter, flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon
Add you muffin mix to your muffin cups and add your topping
Bake for 18-22 mins and enjoy!!
