Cilantro
Green Onions
White Onion
Garlic
Lamb chops
Salt
Rosemary seasoning
Thyme seasoning
Recipe
1. Make your Marinade, Blend Onions, Garlic, Green Onions, white onions, cilantro and a little bit of water. Leave a bit on the side as a garnish
2. Wash your Lamb.
3. Add Rosemary, Thyme, salt to your marinade and marinate for 4 hours – overnight.
4. Heat your cast iron on a medium heat and add in your lamb chops
5. Cook until your lamb until each side is nice and golden brown.
6. Top with marinade and serve!
