Beef Stew

Section 1: Ingredients

  • Chunk Beef

  • Beef Bouillon 

  • Garlic powder

  • Salt

  • Rosemary

  • Thyme

  • Bay leaf

  • Oregano

  • Crushed Red pepper / Scotch Bonnets

  • Garlic

  • Celery

  • Carrots

  • Potatoes 

  • Onions 

  • Olive oil

  • Tomato Paste

  • Beef paste (Optional)

  • Grace’s Browning (Optional)

  • Beef Broth

    Section 2: Directions


    1.     Clean your Chunk Beef and cut into Cubes

    2.     Season Beef with Oregano, Salt, Beef Bouillon, crushed red peppers, Garlic Powder, 

    3.     Sear Beef on all sides

    4.     In the same pan add in Oil, Carrots, Celery, Onions, Garlic and let that cook for 5-15 mins

    5.     Add Tomato paste, Browning, (beef paste) and cook down for 5-10 mins

    6.     Add Beef Broth and Beef to pot 

    7.     Add Your seasoning Oregano, Salt, Beef Bouillon, crushed red peppers, Garlic Powder, rosemary, thyme, bay leaf. 

    8.     Let that simmer for an hour, After an hour add you potatoes and simmer for another hour-2 hours. 

    9.     Ready to serve!
