Ingredients

  • Zucchini

  • Chicken Breast

  • Tomatos

  • Garlic

  • Onions

  • Garlic powder

  • Crushed Red peppers

  • Roasted Vegetable seasoning

  • Salt

  • Cumin

  • Paprika

  • Red / Green Peppers (Optional)

  • Potatoes (Optional)


Recipe

  1. Clean your Chicken and Dice in Cubes

  2. Season Chicken with Cumin, paprika, garlic powder, crushed red peppers, garlic and salt

  3. Cut your zucchini, tomatoes, red / green peppers. onions, potatoes and garlic.

  4. Season your veggies with Roasted vegetable seasoning, Salt, garlic powder and olive oil

  5. Preheat your over to 400 degrees

  6. Time to make your Skewers, Layer your veggies and chicken

  7. Bake for 30-45 mins depending on the size of your chicken chunks

  8. Serve with some pita, rice or tzatziki sauce.
