Ingredients

  • Whole chicken Cut up

  • Green Seasoning (Ground up green onions, onions, cilantro, scotch bonnet pepper)

  • Panko Bread Crumbs

  • Egg

  • Oil

  • Garlic Powder

  • Crushed Red Peppers

  • Salt

  • Chicken Bouillon

  • Paprika

  • Garlic Herb Seasoning


Recipe

  1. Clean your Chicken with water, lime, salt or vinegar or all.

  2. Marinade Chicken with green seasoning, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, chicken bouillon, Garlic herb seasoning, and paprika

  3. Add water to your steamer and steam your chicken 15-20 mins

  4. Beat Egg with salt, garlic powder and crushed red peppers

  5. Dunk Chicken into your egg mixture and Bread crumbs

  6. Fry until Golden Brown
