Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Onions

  • Heavy Cream

  • Parmesan

  • Flour

  • Crushed red pepers

  • Salt

  • Chives


Recipe

1.     Cut your onions and potatoes in circle slices

2.     Layer potatoes and onions one by one

3.     Preheat over to 350 degrees

4.     Make sauce by melting butter

5.     Mix in flour until fully mixed into the butter

6.     Add in heavy cream and mix

7.     Add in your salt and crushed red peppers

8.     Add in Parmesan cheese

9.     Pour sauce over your potatoes and onions

10.  Bake at 350 degrees until top is golden brown.

11. Sprinkle some fresh chives on top
