Coconut milk

Recipe
1. Cut you onions, garlic, plantains, eddoe, potatoes and hot reppers
2. Make your dumplings with Flour, baking powder and water.
3. Sautee your onions, Garlic, and peppers
4. Add In your coconut milk, thyme and water
5. Season with Garlic herb seasoning and salt.
6. Add in Eddoe, Plantains, potatoes and salt fish
7. Boil until potatoes, eddoe and plantains are cooked.
8. Add In your dumplings and boil until dumplings are ready
9. Top with Green onions if you like and enjoy!
