Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Flour

  • 4 Tsp Baking Power

  • Pinch of salt

  • 4 Tbs of Sugar

  • 1/2 Tbs Butter

  • Milk

  • Water


Recipe

  1. Mix all of your dry ingredients.

  2. Heat some oil in a pan

  3. Add in your room temp butter, milk and water.

  4. Let rise for 15-30 mins as you make your saltfish

  5. Use a rolling pin to roll your bake out till it is about 1/2 thick

  6. Fry until Golden brown and crispy.
