Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

  • Geera

  • Garam masala

  • Salt

  • Italian seasoning

  • Garlic Power

  • Garlic

  • Onion

  • Crushed red peppers / spicy peppers

Recipe

  1. Soak your chickpeas over night

  2. Pressure your chickpeas for 10-15 mins

  3. Chop your garlic and onions.

  4. Sauté your onions for 3-5 mins and then add in your garlic

  5. Now it’s time to add in your Channa

  6. Season with salt, geera, garam masala, Italian seasoning and garlic powder

  7. Garnish with Green onions and enjoy
