Tuscan Salmon with Rosemary Thyme Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets

  • Heavy cream

  • Crushed red peppers

  • Salt

  • Garlic

  • Garlic powder

  • Paprika

  • Italian seasoning

  • Fresh tomatoes

  • Fresh spinach

  • Parmesan cheese


Recipe

  1. Wash your salmon and Season with Salt, Garlic Powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

  2. Dice your garlic, and chop your tomatoes in half.

  3. Brown you Salmon and remove from the pot

  4. Add in oil and sauté your garlic

  5. Add In your tomatoes and let them blister

  6. Time to add in your heavy cream!

  7. Season with salt, garlic powder, Parmesan, Italian seasoning and crushed red peppers.

  8. Let that mix simmer for 5-10 mins

  9. Add your spinach to the mixture and let the spinach cook down

  10. Serve over your salmon and rosemary thyme potatoes and enjoy! (you can add your salmon back to your pan and let it simmer for 3-5 mins)
