Rosemary

Peel and Boil your Potatoes
While your potatoes boil heat up some butter in a separate pan
Once your butter has melted, add in your garlic. Allow that to brown.
Add in your rosemary and thyme and let them simmer in the butter for 3-5 mins on medium low heat
Pour in your heavy cream and simmer for 3-5 mins.
Add you mixture to your boiled potatoes and MASH!!!
