Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Heavy Cream

  • Garlic

  • Thyme

  • Rosemary

  • Butter


Recipe

  1. Peel and Boil your Potatoes

  2. While your potatoes boil heat up some butter in a separate pan

  3. Once your butter has melted, add in your garlic. Allow that to brown.

  4. Add in your rosemary and thyme and let them simmer in the butter for 3-5 mins on medium low heat

  5. Pour in your heavy cream and simmer for 3-5 mins.

  6. Add you mixture to your boiled potatoes and MASH!!!

  7. Serve as a base for pot roast, tuscan salmon / chicken or by it self and enjoy!
