Ingredients

  • Shrimp

  • Basmati Rice

  • Carrots

  • Green Onions

  • 3-4 Eggs

  • Peas

  • Hoisin Sauce

  • Onions

  • Hot Peppers

  • Paprika

  • Garlic Powder

  • Ginger Powder (Fresh Ginger optional)

  • Salt

  • Soy Sauce

  • Homemade yum yum sauce


Recipe

  1. Clean you Shrimp

  2. Cook your rice if you haven’t already

  3. Season you Shrimp with 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp paprika, 1 Tbsp Garlic powder, 1 Tsp Ginger powder, 1 Tsp salt

  4. Chop your onions, green onions, hot peppers, (Raw ginger if you have) and carrots.

  5. Make your Yum Yum Sauce (Mayo, Ketchup, Sugar, Rice wine Vinegar, garlic, water, and paprika)

  6. Beat 3 eggs, and scramble! Remove from Pan

  7. Cook your shrimp, they should take 5-7 mins, and remove from pan

  8. SautΓ© onions for 3 mins and then add In your carrots, peas, green onions, and peppers

  9. Add in your rice and season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and ginger powder.

  10. Add your eggs and Shrimp back to your pot and mix

  11. Top with Green onions and yum yum sauce!
