Ingredients

  • Chicken (Whole cut Chicken)

  • Garlic

  • 1 Onion

  • Spinach

  • 2 cups Coconut Milk (depending on how much rice your are making)

  • 8 cups Water

  • 4 cups Parboiled rice

  • Paprika

  • Spicy Peppers

  • Garlic Herb Seasoning

  • Chicken Bouillon

  • Black eye peas and beans of your choice

  • Crushed Red peppers

  • Onion Powder

  • Salt


Recipe

  1. Clean your chicken and Wash your rice

  2. Season your chicken with Chicken bouillon, garlic herb seasoning, paprika, onion powder, crushed red peppers, and Italian seasoning

  3. Slice your onions, dice your garlic, and hot peppers.

  4. Sauté your onions and garlic.

  5. Time to Brown your chicken

  6. Once your chicken is finished browning add in your coconut milk and water.

  7. Add in your spinach, and hot peppers.

  8. Season with garlic herb seasoning, and salt.

  9. Pressure your rice for 30 - 40 mins.
