Ingredients

  • Guyanese Crab or Blue Crab

  • Spinach

  • Flour

  • Lime

  • Coconut milk

  • Boiled Water

  • Chiefs Curry Powder

  • Turmeric

  • Roasted ground Geera

  • Garam Masala

  • Garlic Powder

  • Salt

  • Paprika

  • Crushed Red Pepper

  • Green Onions

  • Mari Wiri Peppers

  • Grind Up / Green Seasoning


Recipe

  1. Clean your Crab with flour, salt, and lime.

  2. Make your curry seasoning, Turmeric, curry powder, salt, garlic powder, paprika, ground geera, garam masala and crushed red peppers.

  3. Chop your Onions and Garlic

  4. Season your crab with your curry seasoning

  5. In a pan heat some oil and add your grind up

  6. Now add in your onions, garlic, and sautΓ©.

  7. Add in your seasoning and cook down till it looks like a paste

  8. Time to add in your water, but don’t add too much! Let your sauce cook down a bit.

  9. Grab your coconut milk and add in Half of a can, let that cook for 10-20 mins.

  10. Add in your crab and spinach

  11. Serve with rice and garnish with green onions and cilantro.
