Noddles of Choice
Garlic butter
Crushed Red Peppers
Lemon
Garlic
Parsley
Black Pepper
Salt
Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Pasta Water
Recipe
Clean your Shrimp and Scallops.
Season your shrimp with Paprika, garlic herb seasoning, salt, crush black pepper or crush red peppers
Make sure your Scallops are EXTREMELY Dry before your season with Salt and black pepper.
Boil you pasta of choice
Chop your parsley and garlic finely
Cook your shrimp and remove from the pan
In the same pan Sauté your garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice
Add in your noodles, pasta water, Parmesan, shrimp and parsley and mix
Cook your scallops, They should take around 5 mins. Longer would over cook them
Garnish your pasta with Parsley, scallops and Parmesan cheese and Enjoy!
