Onion
Garlic
Ground Chicken
Garlic Powder
Salt
Corn starch
Crushed red peppers
Paprika
Italian Seasoning
Gold Potatoes
Milk
Butter
Corn
Peas
Mozzarella Cheese
Panko Bread crumbs
Spinach (Optional)
Recipe
1. Boil your potatoes
2. Mash your Potatoes with Butter, Milk and salt.
3. Sautee onions and garlic for 5 mins
4. Add in ground chicken and season with paprika, salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, crushed red peppers. (Add in Corn starch to allow for meat to “stick together”)
5. Add in corn and peas and then add to the bottom of you pie pan
6. Add a layer of spinach (This step is optional)
7. Add a layer of mashed potatoes
8. Top with a layer of Mozzarella Cheese and panko bread crumbs
9. Bake at 350 until Pie is golden brown and crispy.
