Ingredients

  • Chicken of your choice

  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt

  • 2 Tsp Cumin

  • 1 Tbsp Paprika

  • 2 Tsp Garlic Herb seasoning

  • Tzatziki

  • 2 Tsp Coriander

  • Garlic

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 Tbsp Crushed Red peppers

  • 2 Tsp Salt

  • 2 Tsp Oregano

  • 2 Tsp Chicken bouillon

  • Pita

  • Feta Cheese


Recipe

  1. Wash your Chicken (White distilled vinegar, salt, water, lime juice)

  2. Mince your garlic and cut your onion in half

  3. Season your chicken with garlic herb powder, crushed red peppers, chicken bouillon, paprika, oregano, cumin, yogurt, fresh garlic and coriander.

  4. Marinate for up to 24 hours

  5. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.

  6. Grab two bamboo sticks and stick them into one end of your onion.

  7. Now add your layers of chicken and finish it off with the other end of the onion

  8. Bake for 40 mins - 2 hours depending on much chicken you use.

  9. Grab your pita, layer your chicken, tzatziki, lettuce, tomatoes, feta cheese, and onions.

  10. Enjoy!
