Cajun Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast

  • Roasted red peppers

  • Sundried tomatoes

  • Heavy Cream

  • Flour

  • Cheese

  • Spinach

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Pasta noodles

  • Tony Chachere Creole Seasoning

  • Garlic powder

  • Crushed Red peppers

  • Salt


Recipe

1.     Clean and season your chicken with creole seasoning, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and crushed red pepper

2.     Boil your pasta a drain

3.     Cook Chicken and remove from pan

4.     In same pan Sautee onions and garlic for 3-5 mins

5.     Add in your roasted red peppers and sun dried tomatoes

6.     Add in 1/3 cup flour to thicken up your sauce

7.     Add in your heavy cream and cheese

8.     Add in your chicken and spinach and let that cook down for 3-5 mins

9.     Now add in your noodles!

10.  Top with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
