Baked Chicken

Ingredients

  • Whole chicken

  • Garlic

  • Onion

  • Chicken bouillon

  • Crushed Red peppers

  • Paprika

  • Garlic Powder

  • Montreal Chicken seasoning

  • Italian Seasoning

  • Chicken Broth


Recipe

  1. Wash your Chicken (White distilled vinegar, salt, water, lime juice)

  2. Chop your garlic and onions

  3. Season your chicken with garlic powder, crushed red peppers, chicken bouillon, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stuff it with your freshly cut garlic and onions

  4. Add chicken broth, onions and garlic to the bottom of your pan. (This is optional. I love Gravy!)

  5. Add butter to your chicken as it is baking to keep it nice and juicy. (This is also optional!)

  6. Bake at 350, How long you have to bake will depend on the size of your chicken.

  7. Serve with any side dish and enjoy!
