Ingredients

  • Pasta (of your choice)

  • Cucumbers, sliced

  • Garlic

  • Feta cheese, crumbled

  • Olive oil

  • Carrots

  • Red onions, thinly sliced

  • Crushed red peppers (optional for a kick)

  • Salt

  • Garlic powder

  • Italian seasoning

  • Fresh tomatoes, Halved


Recipe

  1. Boil your Pasta

  2. Once your pasta has boil, let it cool while you prep your veggies.

  3. Dice your onions and garlic. Finely Chop your cilantro. Chop your cucumbers, tomatoes and carrots. 

  4. Add your Veggies and Seasoning (Olive oil, salt, crushed red peppers, Italian seasoning, garlic powder)

  5. Refrigerate and enjoy!!
